Tycho Brahe Planetarium

tycho-brahes-planetariumNamed after the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe this architectually unique building from 1989 is primarily used as a movie theatre. It rests at the southern corner of St. Jørgen’s Lake in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. The curved canvas in this movie theatre is 1000 m2 (10,764 sq ft) and in front of it you can enjoy numerous stunning IMAX and 3D movies.
